Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service department within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the appliance is clean, uninstalled, and secured in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and protective materials.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Once approved, we will coordinate a freight pickup for large appliances or provide a shipping label for smaller items; please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Our warehouse team will inspect the returned unit for damages or signs of installation; upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
